"Black Sabbath Live At Hammersmith Odeon" is quite a nice little treat to commemorate the release of Black Sabbath's latest Best-Of CD "The Dio Years" as well as the 2007 World Tour featuring the classic Dio/Iommi/Butler/Appice line-up as Heaven And Hell.

Original plastic was opened (nicely) to retreve the LTD # Stored well & in plastic after-market sleeve. Concerning though the new battle between Black Sabbath fans "Which Is Better:Hammersmith or Live Evil?", truthfully "Live At The Hammersmith Odeon" is a great "addition" to any Sabbhead's library, but it's not as "essential" as Live Evil.

Feb 8, 2007 On May 1, Rhino Handmade will release "BLACK SABBATH: Live At Hammersmith Odeon", which features Dio, Iommi, Butler and Appice 

The performances include songs that span the group’s career, from the title track to its 1970 debut Black Sabbath to “Spiral Architect” and “Sabbra Cadabra” from its previous album, Sabbath Bloody Sabbath (1973). As a result, many longtime fans will attest that this lone live document was an album that lacked the spark of Sabbath's live shows circa 1980 through 1982. But the good folks at Rhino Handmade have come to the rescue, with the release of 2007's limited-edition Live at Hammersmith Odeon. The album was re-released as disc 2 of the 2010 remaster of Mob Rules (from Universal/Sanctuary). It was licensed directly from the band.
